The Investment Process - how it works?

Meet with our Investment Relations Director for a confidential chat about your circumstances and explore the various ways we can best work for you.

Step 3

New Directions draft an Investment/ Joint Venture proposal document and issue for comment and approval.

Step 4

If necessary, agree draft Heads of Terms and sign. Lawyers are instructed to draft the Loan Agreement/Contract and issue for signing by all parties.

Step 5

Complete any pending transaction, set up project initiation meeting and get to work.

Regular progress reports, updates and reviews to ensure that the Joint Venture arrangement is working for you.

At the end of the project we meet up to review and discuss what’s next for you.
