• We develop sites ranging from 1 single unit to a maximum of around 25 units.
• We consider both medium and longer-term opportunities.
• Typical brownfield sites, redundant commercial/ industrial buildings, public houses and garden
• Conversions of existing buildings
• Contaminated and difficult sites
• Unconditional purchases, subject to planning or joint ventures
• Mixed-use schemes
